Jon Moulton has unparalleled experience in finance and brings nearly 30 years of experience in the City, including mid-market mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, venture capital investment and "Angel" investment in small, private companies
Jon is Chairman of Better Capital and was, until recently, Managing Partner of Alchemy, a UK-based private equity firm, which invested £2.0 billion of equity with an emphasis on dealing with troubled companies.
He is a Chartered Accountant, a CF and Fellow of the Institute for Turnaround Professionals. Jon previously worked with Citicorp Venture Capital in New York and London, Permira and Apax. He is a trustee of the UK Stem Cell Foundation and an active angel investor.
